I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your colleagues for the excellent work that you carried out on our property last year.  Building contractors often get negative publicity but I would like to redress this by giving you some very positive feedback.

The work was of a high quality and met the specifications that we set.  Your team were flexible in agreeing to additional changes throughout the period of the work and were pleasant and accommodating throughout the long project which took just over 12 months to complete.

We now have the house that we always wanted and we would be very happy to act as a reference for you with any future clients.

Dear Jack and Team,

I am writing to let you know how pleased myself and children are with the alterations and extension you undertook on our property.

Considering the conditions you had to work in, with the three of us living in the house while you were working, must have been difficult for you all, but each day you made sure that we were able to live our lives as normally as possible.  I was also very pleased at the workmanship and pace that you all worked at.  Well, I am now at the stage of finishing the decorating and am very proud of my new home.  I have had lots of positive remarks from friends and family on the house's transformation.
